The other reviews are fab so I am shocked myslef as when I enquired on a property they replied all good and well then another person from this place replied declining but earlier the same day I arranged a viewing at the property so its extremely confusing. The second email was very dismissive but the person I was arranging viewing was very helpful. I still don't know what is happening. They call to explain their admin issue and I was asked to change the review that I have left. I was leaving it until today after my viewing howecer I had a call this morning saying they don't accept pets and the landlord had another property with carpets torned up I explained that I don't have pets. After this call I gave it some time to feel the need to cancel in instance I will not changing my review it's shame considering the other review left but unfortunately on this occasion I will not be viewing at the property with this agency.
Would definitely recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. I have to mention Jordan as he was exceptional in getting our house sold within hours and then helping the transaction go as smooth as possible. AMAZING.
