Appalling service. A guaranteed next day, 10am delivery for a vital delivery was not met and now weve been advised that it will be a further 2 days because a member of staff messed up. Our delivery is stuck in a yard, part way to us with a different courier who is closed today. The operations manager was rude, arrogant and unapologetic.I would strongly suggest you use other couriers if you want guaranteed time scales and good customer service.
Inconsiderate drivers will knock you off your bike without a care in the world.
